- Add potatoes and channay. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- At this step add meetha soda. This will give your channay amazing consistency along with you already added 2 tbsp masoor daal.
- Give tarka of khalis ghee with bhuna zeera, bhuna dhania, green chillies chopped.
- Garnish with onion rings. Serve with naan. Enjoy
