Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Singaporean Rice:
- 1/2 kg boiled rice
- Spaghetti leftover
- Chicken Red Sauce
- 3 cloves Crushed garlic
- 500 gms Boneless chicken (in cubes)
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 3-4 Green chillies(make a slit in between)
- 2 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp each Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Crushed red chillies
- Salt (add if needed)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/3 tsp White pepper
Steps to make to make Singaporean Rice
- First, full boil 1 kg rice with salt and green chillies.
- Take 2 to 3 tbsp oil and golden brown the chopped garlic. Add tomatoes and green chillies fry until soften. Take the mixture out of the pan and add chicken in it.
- Fry the chicken completely and add the tomato mixture in it.
- In a separate pan add a little oil, add all the sauces from ketchup to white pepper in ingredients. And bhonofy it until the sauce changes it's color from bright red to dark dull red.
- Add the sauce mixture in the chicken and a little water according to the consistency you want.
- It shouldn't be runny. Cook it for 5 mins and you are done with the sauce. This will take hardly 15 mins time.
- Mayo sauce: Add 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 3/4 cup garlic mayo sauce, mix it well.
- Add black pepper, white pepper, crushed red chilli, sugar, oyster and Worcestershire sauce and mix really well. Add half cup milk and 1 cup water gradually and mix well. Consistency should not be very thick. The sauce must have pouring consistency.
- Veggies: Cut cabbage, onion, carrot and capsicum in cubes(1/4 cup each)Fry them in a tsp of normal cooking oil woth garlic and Sprinkle some crushed red chillies.
- Once rice are boiled put garlic,green chillies and red chilli baghar over it.
- Assembling time: Layer 1: Garlic rice Layer 2: spaghetti Layer 3: veggies Layer 4: Chicken Red Sauce Layer 5: Mayo Sauce Layer 6:toppings (fry garlic and green chillies)
- Once assembled enjoy your meal hot.
