- 1 Knorr Chicken Cube
- 1 cup Noodles (Boiled)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (Beaten)
- 4 tbsp Green chutney
- 2 _3 tbsp Coriander leave
- 1 Onion chopped
- 4 _5 Green chilies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Spicy chips
- 1 tsp Red chilli crushed
- 2 tsp Chat masala
- drop Red chilli sauce few
Instructions to make to make Thai ChatPata Chaat
- Take a pan add Chickpeas (Boiled), Potatoes (Cubed, boiled), Water & Knorr Chicken cubs.
- Cook at high flame for 5 to 10 mins.
- Switch off the flame when little water remain.
- Take oil in wok. Warm it then add boiled noodle and make deep fry. Fry it till it turn golden brown & crispy.
- Now in Cooked Chickpeas add Yogurt, Green chutney, Coriander leave, Onion, Green chilies, Black Salt, Lemon juice.
- Mix everything well, Garnish with Spicy chips, Red chilli crushed, Chat masala, Fry noodles & Red chilli sauce.
- Thai Chatpata Chaat is ready.
