  22. 1 tez patta
  23. 2 black cardamon
  24. 5 _6 black pepper corns
  25. 1 cinnamon stick
  26. 4 _6 cloves
  27. 5 _6 Green chillies
  28. 1 tsp salt or acc to taste
  29. Orange colour (opt)
  30. For special Raita
  31. 1 cup dahi
  32. 1 onion small chopped and washed
  33. 1 small tomato chopped (with out seeds)
  34. 1 cup boiled peas, carrots and potatoes
  35. Salt, black pepper, roasted and crushed zeera

Steps to make to make Yakhni Pulao
